PURCHASE

all required documents** within 14 days of purchasing

**Please be sure to circle the qualifying item and date of purchase on your receipt and make sure your receipt is legible. Your application will be disqualified if we cannot read your receipt. Your original receipt is required (or purchase confirmation email).

Within 5 days from the date the Application Form is received, you will be sent an email with your unique booking code and a link to the online Booking Form. You must complete the Booking Form within 14 days.

You will receive a qualified email from us with brunch locations included. Please respond within 14 days with your brunch location choice.

STYLE THAT GOES EVERYWHERE

U.S. Residents

Within 5 business days of receiving your Booking Form, a concierge agent will contact you with brunch arrangements. You will then have 2 business days from when the concierge agent initially contacts you to finalize your brunch reservation.

Canadian Residents

You will have 2 business days from when the concierge agent initially contacts you to finalize your brunch reservation.

*Valid only while supplies last. Purchase of one (1) new PEN E-PL8 camera either in-store or online through an authorized Olympus retailer between 5/1/17 and 8/31/17. Reward is defined as one (1) brunch for two (2) people at a restaurant with a maximum value of Fifty Dollars ($50.00 USD). Reward cannot be combined with any other offer. Customer is responsible for gratuity and for paying the difference should the brunch exceed the maximum value. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of purchase. Reward valid in the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories) and Canada. Subject to promotional availability. Limit of one (1) reward per Customer, per Customer household and per booking group. Reward has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or other credit. Void where prohibited. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Your original receipt (or purchase confirmation email if purchased online) and completed Application Form must be postmarked with sufficient first class postage no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Mail with insufficient postage will be returned and voided. Original receipt will not be returned to Customer. For U.S. residents, the Booking Form must be completed within fourteen (14) days from when you receive the Booking Code. For Canadian residents, you must reply within fourteen (14) days to redeem the reward after you have received the qualified email. This Reward is not transferable or refundable.
